CCRSPI Conference 2011
The inaugural CCRSPI Conference was held on 14-17 February 2011 at the MCG in Melbourne.
Bringing together over 300 scientists, farmers, research managers and policy makers, the Conference was an opportunity to share knowledge and information, and ensure the best available science in the agricultural sector is understood and interrogated for relevance by other sectors.
As the country’s only dedicated primary industries and climate change conference, it offered a unique interface between climate change research, policy and the farm.
The presentations (and associated audio) made at the Conference are available as an enduring resource. They can be viewed and streamed from the table below. A selection of photos taken during the Conference are available in the photo gallery.
A free public forum was held as part of the Conference at Federation Square, Melbourne city. ABC journalist Fran Kelly facilitated a diverse panel of leaders from the science, agriculture, community and policy sectors debating the question How do we feed and clothe the world in 2050? A video of the forum is available on The Monthly website.
